Forward Motion Associates provides training and facilitation assistance for a variety of Continuous Improvement methodologies. Most often we assist organizations with learning how to implement Lean, Six Sigma, ISO Quality Management Systems, etc. For the purposes of the Guild, we believe certain topics might be of value to some of the members, to include Design for Lean Manufacturing, Design for Six Sigma, Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA), ISO 13485 for Medical Devices, and Strategic Planning using the Toyota Hoshin Kanri method. We’re looking to form collaborative training groups that can apply for IWDP funds up to $40,000 to pay for such training.
