Today's engineering and design climate is tough and fast-paced, requiring an ability to compete on a global scale. The members of the RTP Product Development Guild have years of experience and involvement in numerous industrial fields. Along the way we’ve become familiar with many helpful resources which have allowed us to remain competitive.

One example is the Montie Design Links Database - This is an online repository of helpful websites that a local design firm has discovered over the past several years. Each entry is tagged (folksomony) to make it easier to find relevant web pages quickly.

Another example is the RTP Product Design & Prototyping Resources Map.  Check it out and find local vendors you may not have know about.

Product development is expensive. Once the product is developed, it is even more expensive to produce, stock, distribute, market and sell the product whether it features incremental advances, revolutionary leaps, is a me-too product or a new-to-world product.

There are many resources out there to aid with the design and manufacture of your product.

Member of the RTP Product Development Guild operate in multiple industries and looks to vacuums in trends we see in product development, bringing a unique third-party perspective and experience of other industries into consideration of our clients’ concepts. Over the years, we have gathered a wealth of knowledge across multiple disciplines; we are pleased to share some of that useful information here.
